BACS.IP provides financial controls to ensure only authorised users can make funds transfers over a set amount or to ensure that the total value of transactions in a period does not exceed a set amount.

Audit Trails

BACS.IP provides detailed audit trails of a user's actions.

Client Server

BACS.IP is a client server solution allowing multiple users to work with BACS.IP at the same time. This means that BACS.IP can be used across departments and offices.

Manual Payment Instructions

BACS.IP allows you to create payment instructions manually e.g. for entering employee expenses or supplier payments. For regular payments, there is an address book facility that allows you to save bank account details for future use.

Keytime gives you a simple method for entering your information and guides you through the forms to complete personal, partnership and corporate tax returns.

Once complete, you can then either file your personal return online by the deadline date of 31st January, or print a paper copy of your return and post it for arrival no later than 31st October.

E-filing is the only way forward

Keytime's Internet Filing facility confirms instantly that a tax return has been received by HMRC and that the calculations agree. Tax refunds are paid more quickly when returns are filed online.
